Simple Ingredients, Complex Flavors

We're excited to announce the arrival of Executive Chef Luis Quezada who brings over 20 years of experience to The Abbey Resort. Chef Luis and his culinary team have created a new menu with a focus on scratch cooking using regenerative ingredients from local sources. Simple, quality ingredients are perfectly combined to bring a fusion of flavors, colors, and aromas that will make you slow down and savor each bite. From our Eggplant Napoleon topped with housemade ricotta cheese to Open-Faced Ravioli created with scratch-made pasta, large chunks of lobster and a rich saffron broth, you'll find a set of flavors in our new menu that are sure to become new favorites. Our rustic atmosphere is influenced by wine country, with reclaimed wood beams, rich fabrics and a large stone fireplace, and the panoramic harbor views are not to be missed. At 240° West, we look forward to giving you an exceptional dining experience from beginning to end.

Spoil yourself on Saturday nights with our indulgent Prime Rib Prix Fixe menu. Three courses of decadent delights are served weekly in 240° West, including shrimp cocktail and an entree of our delicious 12 oz. slow-roasted Prime Rib. Paired with harbor views, a roaring fire and the multi-instrumental talents of Tom Stanfield, you'll want to make this your weekly Saturday night escape. 5:00pm-10:00pm $54.95 per person

Sunday Harborside Champagne Brunch

There is no better way to begin your week than with a delicious brunch overlooking the lake. Our Sunday Harborside Champagne Brunch features a buffet of your favorite breakfast items, savory seafoods, and unique takes on traditional flavors. Of course, you will want to add bottomless mimosas to make the brunch experience complete. Take in the view, enjoy live entertainment, and leave your worries at the door. 9:00am-1:00pm

Friday Nights Out - Steak & Lobster

Enjoy a four-course dinner featuring a 8 oz. Sirloin and a butter poached Cold Water Lobster Tail with a side of White Truffle & Parmesan Mac n' Cheese. Completing the meal are our 240 Wedge salad, a refreshing lemon sorbet, and ending with a delicious dessert of Berries & Chocolate.
