Villa 116C

This villa on the first level provides room for four guests. With two full bathrooms and two bedrooms featuring one king bed and two twins, you will be staying comfortably during this escape. The kitchen and living room provide a perfect space for family movie night while cuddled in front of the fireplace.

Villa 116E

Fully renovated in 2020, Villa 116E, provides an open concept living space with a new kitchen, bathrooms, flooring, furnishings & washer & dryer. It is the perfect escape with all new furniture; a fresh clean lake vibe. It is on the first level with access to a private patio & villa pool. It features two bedrooms: one with a king bed and master bathroom and the other a custom single over queen built-in bunk bed. A sleeper sofa provides sleeping space for additional guests. 

Villa 133G

Villa 133G will have you feeling like you're in your own lake house with its comfortable warm colors and large furniture throughout the space.  This villa features two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and another with a king sized bed and bathroom. The bedrooms provide plenty of closet space for guests' belongings. With the large kitchen and dining area, you will be cooking and eating all vacation long!

Villa 230B

Villa 230B provides lots of natural lighting and a large open concept throughout the space. With a large family room and a dining space to fit many, this is the perfect villa for families. This villa features two bedrooms, one with a king bed and bathroom and another with two twin beds. Both bathrooms feature soaking tubs and shower heads for your convenience. 230B also has a washer/dryer for use during your stay.

Villa 122G

This rustic chic look is perfect for all guests looking for a villa. A large open concept through the living and kitchen area provides a great hang out place for groups of all sizes. This villa has two bedrooms, one featuring 2 sets of bunk beds and a queen bed and another featuring a large king bed with a bathroom. 

Villa 136A

This modern looking villa is a wonderful escape this vacation. The open dining and kitchen area feature stainless steel appliances and large family table to enjoy meals at. Cozy up to the fireplace in the living room at night. This villa has two bedrooms, one with two full beds and another with a large king sized bed with a master bathroom.

Villa 137G

Villa 137G features two large bedrooms, one with king sized bed and bathroom and another with a queen sized bed. These bedrooms provide plenty of closet and drawer space for guests' belongings. With its open living room and large couch this is the perfect place for a family movie night.

Villa 131G

131G is a beautifully decorated vacation getaway that provides plenty of natural light and living space. With a large family room and open concept kitchen area this villa is great for larger families looking to spend quality time together. This villa features two bedrooms one with a king sized bed and master bathroom and the other with a full sized bed. This villa has two bathrooms with a bath tub and shower. 131G also has an outdoor patio area for the hot summer days!

Villa 216F

216F is a large second floor villa with lots of natural light and space. Complete with 2 full bathrooms and 2 bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other with two twin beds. An open concept living room and kitchen space leaves the perfect vibe for conversation.

Villa 112E

This first level villa will have you feeling right at home. 12E has two bedrooms featuring a king bed in the master and queen bed in the second bedroom along with two full bathrooms. The kitchen and living room provide a large family hang-out with plenty of places to sit and relax. This villa has a large fireplace in the living room for ultimate comfort.

For each guestroom reservation, check in time begins at 4:00pm and check out time is 11:00am. A valid credit card is required at check in and you must be 21 years of age or older.

A deposit of one-night room/package rate, plus resort fee and tax is due upon reservation. The deposit will be charged to the credit card provided at booking.
Rates are based on single/double occupancy. Additional persons over age 16 are $15.00 each, plus tax, per night.

While we do our very best to meet all of our guest requests, we are unable to guarantee room types.
In order to avoid a cancelation fee equal to one night's stay plus resort fee and tax, your room reservation must be canceled 72 hours prior to your arrival date. If you cancel within the allotted cancelation policy, your one night deposit refund will be credited back to your account in 3-5 business days.

For each room booked, a Resort Pass fee of $15 plus tax, will be added daily in addition to your room rate. This fee covers many of the resort's amenities and activities that will enhance your stay, making your time at The Abbey Resort more than just a night in a room, but a true Lake Geneva experience. The Abbey Resort and Spa is a smoke-free facility, including our vacation villas. We ask all of our guests to please refrain from smoking in the guestrooms and on the patios or balconies. Smoking in a guestroom or on the patio or balcony will result in a cleaning charge of $200 applied to the registered guest's account.

Pets are not allowed at The Abbey Resort except in cases of trained service animals with prior notification. In these cases, guests with pets will be asked to check out and forfeit their deposit, and a $150-$300 cleaning charge will be applied.

The Abbey Resort offers an extensive and delicious Room Service menu as well as a vast selection of amenities. You are welcome to pre-order select beverages and snacks to have available upon arrival.
