Just an easy drive away from Chicago and Milwaukee, The Abbey Resort offers 334 suites and guest rooms plus 10 two-bedroom villas. All of our welcoming Lake Geneva accommodations feature cottage lakeside furnishings and nautically inspired light fixtures and artwork. Each guest room is furnished with plush queen or king size beds and amenities that fit your lifestyle like complimentary high-speed Internet access. Enjoy pay-per-view movies and cable channels on the large flat-screen HDTV, or help yourself to complimentary coffee with the single-serve coffeemaker, which can be enjoyed on your shared balcony or patio.

Guest Rooms

Our newly-renovated guest rooms are furnished with two queen beds or one king bed and a pullout sleeper sofa. They feature free high-speed wireless Internet and flat-screen high definition televisions with pay-per-view programs and cable channels. Keep snacks and drinks fresh in the mini-fridge. Relax outdoors on the patio or balcony. Choose from resort, pool or harbor view rooms.

Suites

Enjoy more space and luxury in one of our suites, furnished with one king-size bed and a sleeper sofa in the sitting area, plus an especially roomy bathroom. Choose from a pool, harbor or resort view suite. Standard amenities include high-speed Internet access.

Vacation Villas

Our deluxe resort vacation villas are perfect for larger families staying in the Lake Geneva area. The Abbey Resort's villas feature two bedrooms, spacious living rooms, full kitchens with dinettes, two full bathrooms, a private patio or balcony, wireless internet, and access to the outdoor Villa swimming pool. Villa guests also have complete access to The Abbey Resort's amenities and restaurants. Each villa comes fully equipped kitchen with dishes, glassware, silverware, microwave, range and dishwasher, and linens, towels and toiletries. **Housekeeping service during your stay is available for an additional charge.

Reservation Policies

For each guestroom reservation, check in time begins at 4:00pm and check out time is 11:00am. A valid credit card is required at check in and you must be 21 years of age or older.

A deposit of one-night room/package rate, plus resort fee and tax is due upon making your reservation. The deposit will be charged to the credit card provided at booking.

Rates are based on single/double occupancy. Additional persons over age 16 are $15.00 each, plus tax, per night.

While we do our very best to meet all of our guest requests, we are unable to guarantee room types.

In order to avoid a cancelation fee equal to one night's stay plus resort fee and tax, room reservations must be canceled 72 hours prior to the arrival date. If you cancel within the allotted cancelation policy, your one night deposit refund will be credited back to your account in 3-5 business days. Our Advanced Purchase Rate must be fully prepaid at time of booking and is non refundable, non cancellable, and non transferable.

Resort Pass

For each room booked, a resort fee of $15 plus tax, will be added daily in addition to your room rate. This fee covers many of the resort's amenities and activities that will enhance your stay, making your time at The Abbey Resort more than just a night in a room, but a true Lake Geneva experience. Smoke Free Guestrooms

The Abbey Resort and Avani Spa is a smoke-free facility. We ask all of our guests to please refrain from smoking in the guestrooms and on the balconies. Smoking in a guestroom or on the balcony will result in a cleaning charge of $200 applied to the registered guest's account.

Pet Free Resort

Pets are not allowed at The Abbey Resort except in cases of trained service animals with prior notification. Guests found with with pets will be asked to check out and forfeit their deposit, and a $150-$300 cleaning charge will be applied.

Advance Ordering / Amenities

The Abbey Resort offers an extensive and delicious Room Service menu as well as a vast selection of amenities. You are welcome to pre-order select beverages and snacks to have available upon arrival. We are pleased to offer 10% off of our rack rate for AAA members and AARP members. Book online or by calling 800-709-1323. Must present membership card upon check-in.

Avani Spa Access

Admission to Avani Spa is complimentary for any guest, age 16 or older, who has booked a spa service of $100 or more. Spa access is available for $30 per person Monday-Thursday and $40 per person Friday, Saturday and Sunday for guests who have not booked spa services of $100 or more, based on availability.
