Featured Dish of the Month
Spinach Gnocchi
Start your summer with a kaleidoscope of colors and flavors on one plate. This month’s featured dish begins with scratch-made gnocchi created from our own housemade ricotta cheese and potatoes. This is then embellished with the bright, fresh flavor of a spinach pesto sauce. After that, the dish is topped with rich, red roasted tomatoes adding a bit of an acidic tone, fresh mushrooms from River Valley Ranch, contributing a bit of earthiness, and the mild sweetness of corn and broccolini. Completing the dish are six large shrimp that are grilled to perfection.
Pair your entrée with your favorite wine or cocktail, or ask your server who is sure to have suggestions for a new flavor that will work perfectly with the dish. It is a dining experience that will be sure to set the tone for a perfect summer evening.
