Center and Energize
Our newly renovated 35,000 square foot Lake Geneva spa facility was created with all aspects of wellness in mind. Incorporating relaxing areas and state of the art fitness facilities, Avani strives to promote the best you in mind, body and spirit.
Fitness Center
We are excited to welcome you to our new updated Fitness Center at the Avani Spa. Our renovated space is brighter, lighter, and filled with uplifting energy for your workouts. You will notice all new cardio equipment including a new rowing machine and group fitness bikes. In addition, we have created a designated space for stretching and warmups so you can ready your body for your workout or take a moment to breathe deeply.
You will see a new TRX training area including many accessories such as kettle bells, a battle rope and balance trainers. We have new strength training equipment to target muscle groups as well as new free weights to build and tone muscles.
Fitness Center Hours:
Monday - Saturday: 7:00am – 7:00pm
Sunday: 7:00am – 6:00pm
Fitness Classes:
Aqua Fit Classes: Monday – Friday - 9:00am - 10:00am; and Monday and Wednesday 4:00pm - 5:00pm.
Yoga Classes:Tuesday and Thursday 8:00am - 9:00am; Friday 9:00am-10:00am (Hatha Yoga); Saturday 9:00am-10:00am (Vinyasa Yoga)

Avani Atrium Pool
The most prominent feature of our spa is the stunning Atrium Pool. This private adults-only pool features floor to ceiling windows so you can take in the calm of the outdoors while remaining warm indoors, no matter what the season. The pool features two lap lanes and a whirlpool and provides space for both exercise and relaxation. Ample seating is available around the pool area as well as outdoors on our private patio. Complimentary coffee, tea and waters are available in the area as well.
Sauna & Steam Rooms
Relax and breathe deep in the heat of our sauna or steam rooms, both located in the locker areas.
Tranquility Rooms
Our spa guests are invited to relax in one of our two tranquility rooms, complete with comfortable seating and fireplaces. Set your mind at ease prior to your services, and let the stresses of the outside world float away.
Salt / Infrared Rooms
The benefits of salt therapy are numerous. Calming and detoxifying properties of the microscopic particles in the air improve lung function, relieve respiratory and skin ailments, strengthen the immune system and increase athletic performance. Two salt/infrared rooms are situated in the spa - one in the ladies' locker room and the other in our Atrium Pool area.
Gemstone Treatment Rooms
Our renovated treatment rooms have been endowed with the names and properties of the gemstones that come from beneath the earth. Each holds purpose and good intention for health and healing for our guests.
